Wednesday, January 21, 2015 - 10:38pm

Meet Zach Morgan, 1st year graduate student working with Dr. Kondrad in the Development in Social Cognition (DISC) Lab. Zach was a student at App State as an undergraduate. He worked on a grant over summer 2014 with Dr. Kondrad working to grow the AGE Labs community database. He also contributed to data collection for a collaborative project with colleagues from Amherst College, which he will be presenting at the Society for Research in Child Development in March, 2015. This is an international conference with thousands of attendees. He recently earned a WISE research grant to help support his masters project in which he is exploring whether 4- and 5-year-olds are biased to think events will turn out the way they would wish, rather than the way probabilities would suggest. Dr. Andrew Smith and Dr. Twila Wingrove are his two committee members.
