Dr. Kondrad receives grant to grow the AGE Labs community database
Thanks to a grant from Appalachian Women Scientists that helps support research infrastructure, the AGE Labs will be working hard this summer (and beyond) to develop and maintain a community participant database. What this means is that we will collect contact information from members of the community who are interested in participating in studies and maintain that in a secure database. When studies come up for which they meet criteria, we will contact them, provide information about the study, and invite them to participate. There is never any obligation to participate in a study.
Dr. Robyn Kondrad will be leading this effort, assisted by her graduate students Zach Morgan and Daven Johnson, and by her undergraduate student Shauna Joyner.
