Undergraduate Student Spotlight

Shauna Joyner received an Undergraduate Research Assistantship for Summer 2014 to help Dr. Kondrad and colleagues from Amherst College conduct a study about children's use of true negation. In addition, Shauna played an instrumental role in helping create the AGE Labs community database. Shauna is an Honors student and plans to conduct her honors project in 2015.

Elizabeth (Liz) Watts is a stellar undergraduate student who works in Dr. Ballard's Video Game Lab. Liz has been awarded two $1000 Undergraduate Research Assistant awards by the Office of Student Research for her work in the lab. Liz helps to manage the lab and trains other RAs to use a wide array of physiological equipment, including an electromyography monitor, and software, including Eprime. Liz will graduate in Spring 2014 and plans to go to graduate school.
