Alisha is an undergraduate with a major in psychology and minor in art from Greensboro, NC. She is interested in studying the effects of food on adults health. Alisha is also interested in looking into the effect of changing what people eat as an alternative to taking medicine for health problems. She assists Dr. Galloway and her graduate assistant, Jordan Ellis, with their research on picky eating in children and adults and has worked in the lab since Fall of 2013. After graduating in May, Alisha plans to move to Vermont to complete an apprenticeship on a farm that provides healthy food to substitute for medicine.
